students draw to music (can be an abstract or realistic creation)

ask students how the music makes them feel and what they think the composer was trying to convey; have them show this in their illustration

junior/intermediate students can research a piece of music and it’s composer and tie it in with:

artwork from the same time period (can be tied into History)

bullet

artwork depicting the same message or mood
